I messed up my order information, can I change it?
Contact us as soon as possible at aussiegoodystore@gmail.com, and we will try our best to amend your order. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee to make changes if your order has been shipped.
I ordered multiple items, why did I receive only one?
Unfortunately, Since our products are located in 2 different states, when you order multiple products at a time, they are shipped separately. So don’t worry if you don’t receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.
What is your return policy?
First off, if you’re considering a return it’s likely because you have purchased one of our products. Which means, we owe you a big “THANK YOU!” We are nothing without our customers so your support means a lot!
While we are (quietly) confident you will love our products, we understand sometimes, things go wrong! Rest assured, we will make right any hiccups along the way and do our very best to deliver an amazing customer experience.
You must return items in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Our warehouses are located in Victoria & New South Wales. So if you live in these two states you will receive the fastest shipping for less than a week.
